This villa is just a few minutes by car from the Arenal sandy beach and close to the Pinosol park where you will find a playground, barbecue areas and a nice bar. The villa consists of two floors and has a spacious covered terrace on each floor from where you can enjoy the beautiful views of Jávea bay. The property has private parking at the level of the upper floor. You enter into a hallway, followed by a spacious living-dining room with an open kitchen from where you can enjoy the beautiful sea views. Through large glass windows, there is access to a spacious balcony. There is also a bedroom with an en suite bathroom on this floor. On the ground floor are two more bedrooms, each with an en suite bathroom. All bedrooms have sea views. There is also a separate guest toilet.
